First, sometimes the selected drink is not added to the cart and an error appears. After refreshing the app and adding the same drink again, it suddenly appears in the cart twice, even though it wasn’t there before. There is also a persistent bug when selecting a branch. I choose a branch, but the app sends me back to the page where I have to choose between delivery and self-pickup. Then I select the branch again, and the same thing happens over and over, almost endlessly. Another issue happened with order pickup. During my first self-pickup order, I had to manually confirm that I had collected the drinks, after which I was given the option to rate the order. However, during my second order, there was no such button. One of my orders was marked delivered but it never arrived. I did not receive any call from any rider. 2. Support redirects you to facebook messenger (which doesn’t ever reply) and also try to redirect you to whatsapp (also which doesn’t ever reply. Same with their support email. 3. On of my orders, I added oatmilk for both orders, but we received normal milk. We are lactose intolerant. No support reply as well 4. One of my orders got stuck in “Preparing” for more than 1 hour. No way to cancel as they won’t allow it. Later it got marked delivered but I did not receive anything. Support non existent 5. Complimentary drinks used to be claimable via delivery but now you need to do pick up (there’s a delivery fee right, why have us pick up) Please level up your support ### 2/5 — Bad updates or simply flawed practices. *2026-07-16, version 5.5.44* Have difficulty doing top-ups with new credit cards details as my old card was compromised. The practice proposed by in-app customer service Chatline raised serious concerns about company directives. In-app functions do not allow new card details to be amended. Customer service provided a link with a 3rd party company to add/furnish new card details but still failed repeatedly even with more than one new credit card details from different banks m-repeated attempts to furnish verification credentials for the above process really cause concerns about security as liability cannot be truly accorded should things go awry. Reached their whatsapp apparently currently down, can only email or use the live chat. Email few days already also no response. Tried their live chat they ask to wait but get nothing. Even offer me a b1f1 voucher as token of appreciation and they say will show within 24 hours. Until now still nothing there so I still didnt get my refund back including the so call token of appreciation.
