### 2/5 — Titandioxid unbedenklich?

Und weil laut App Titandioxid (E171) ungefährlich ist, wurde es jetzt europaweit verboten.

Bin mir nicht sicher, ob neue Erkenntnisse schnell genug in die App einfließen. Zudem, der Verdacht ungesund zu sein, kam ja nicht erst mit dem Verbot auf.

Die spärlichen Informationen die für jeden E-Stoff bereitgestellt werden sind unzureichend und entsprechen zudem oft nicht dem aktuellen Forschungsstand.
Beispielsweise wird E621 nach Gerüchten beschrieben die längst wissenschaftlich widerlegt sind.
Ich empfehle Wikipedia als Alternative zu dieser App!

Wenn wie in dieser App „Titandioxid“ als unbedenklicher Bestandteil in Lebensmitteln ausgegeben wird, ist dieserTabelle nicht zu trauen

Eine Studie kommt zu dem Ergebnis, dass Titandioxid in Zusatzstoff E171 gesundheitsschädlich ist. Hier ist es wichtig , aktuell, belegte Studien zu beachten und einzupflegen . Sonst bringt das nicht wirklich was ....
