I’ve called the driver multiple times and he keeps saying he’s “on his way,” but he clearly isn’t. Meanwhile, my food is just sitting there getting cold. What makes it even worse is that there is no option to properly contact customer support through the app when something goes wrong. I’m literally left with no way to get help. I’m extremely disappointed with this service. Waiting this long for food that was already prepared is ridiculous, especially when the driver isn’t even picking it up.
