ZUVVA is the trust network where help travels through people you actually know. When you need a paediatrician, a lawyer, a tutor, or a job referral, the answer is rarely a stranger on the internet — it's two introductions away through someone who already knows you. ZUVVA makes that connection visible, fast, and warm. WHO ZUVVA IS FOR ZUVVA was designed first for the people who hold their families together — parents and elders who already are the help network. It works the same way for anyone who runs a club, a class, a clinic, or a small business and wants to keep their circle strong. HOW IT WORKS • Build your circle of trust Add the people you already turn to — family, friends, colleagues, mentors, classmates. Circles can be private (your family) or institutional (your school alumni, your Rotary club, your apartment association). • Ask in plain words Type what you need ("a homoeopathic paediatrician in HSR Layout for my 2-year-old"). Our Concierge helps shape it into a clear ask and shares it with the people most likely to help. • Get warm introductions ZUVVA quietly notices when someone in your network can help with something you're working on — and suggests the introduction. You decide whether to reach out. • Say thank you publicly When someone helps, you can mark them as a "helper" — visible to your shared circles. The people who consistently come through become the trusted backbone of your network. PRIVACY IS THE DEFAULT • Your phone number is never shared without your action. • Introductions only happen between people who already share an approved circle — no surveillance, no cross-circle strangers. • Invite links expire in 48 hours and can only be opened 3 times. • If you mark a contact as private, no one — including the people you invited — can see their identity until you choose to introduce them. • Account deletion: 30-day grace period, then permanent purge, from inside the app. WHAT'S INSIDE • Trust Circles — private, family, and institutional, with role-based admin • Billboard — short asks that reach only your trusted circles • Warm Intros — AI-curated suggestions of connections worth making • Concierge — turn a free-text ask into a clear, well-framed post in one tap • Help Stories — a record of who helped whom, by mutual consent • Trusted Delegates — designate people who can act on your behalf in emergencies, and a Nominee who can memorialise your account • Trust-Path SOS — a single tap that surfaces the fastest human route to help when something is urgent WHAT ZUVVA IS NOT • Not a marketplace. There is no earning, no commission, no points, no "refer and earn." Help on ZUVVA is given freely, the way help is given between people who know each other. • Not a public feed. Nothing you post is visible to strangers or indexed by search engines. • Not an ad platform. There are no ads and no third-party tracking of what you share inside the network. Built for everyone who runs a family, a community, or a circle. ## Version history (last 5 releases) ### 1.2.2 — 2026-09-15 • Network: search first, your circles and groups pinned on top, people A–Z with a letter index. • Open any circle or group: see who's in it, search within, see them on the globe, chat, broadcast, add to your SOS list. • Search results grouped by degree, with profession and city filters; select people to add to a group or broadcast. • Missed the referral code at signup? Join with it from the + menu. • Circle admins are notified when someone asks to join. ### 1.2.1 — 2026-09-14 • Add a contact in seconds — just name, profession and city. Phone is optional. • Invite on WhatsApp straight from the add screen. • Paste a list of people, or dictate it — we'll sort names, cities and professions. • Choose who to alert in an SOS with one tick when you accept a request or add a contact — no setup needed. • Filter Contacts by access level: Full, Limited or Basic. • Reach people the ZUVVA way — 2nd-degree profiles now offer an introduction through your mutual contact. • People not yet on ZUVVA show who can introduce you, instead of an empty profile. • Chats and Billboard tell you when a filter is hiding things, with one-tap Show all. • The globe opens on your own city. • Simpler signup, a cleaner + menu, and fixes for Groups and chat. ### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-09 Links you share into a chat now show a preview, so a shared location or article arrives as more than a bare URL. • Share a location or link from another app straight into a ZUVVA chat • Delete photos, files and locations in a chat • Pending connection requests now appear on Home • Adding a contact keeps the optional fields tucked under "More details" • See who helped on a fulfilled billboard post, and the feedback given • A clearer invite message ### 1.1.9 — 2026-09-05 Adding a contact is now three fields — name, profession and city.
