### 1/5 — Too much hassle just to sign up

To sign in with the Zoox app, you need to have an account with Microsoft. However, this process is quite cumbersome and frustrating. After successfully linking my Google email with Microsoft, I encountered another issue. Consequently, I decided to give up and delete the Zoox app.

It’s impossible to log in, they make you jump through so many hoops with Microsoft live. You get an error message every single time

I reset my whole email password just to not be able to sign up

Unable to complete signup due to over complicated authorization process using Microsoft. Just use the two factor authentication with the email address or phone number I use. Kept receiving errors then got locked out of my Microsoft account.
