Have not been able to calibrate app to gps, the app open but as soon as you click no to enter the calibration it displays a rotating picture of the drone and that is where it stops. Only way to exit is via deleting the app

I have been testing my new drone with this app for a number of weeks now and I tend to believe that the apps doesn’t communicate well with the apps. I can only use he apps to view the video (FPV), record and take pictures. All the rest doesn’t appear to be working as it should be. The compass calibration is not working without any clue what is happening with only an image of drone continuously rotating on the display, the gyro calibration is giving out error, all the telemetry and functions that relates to gps is useless as a result. I’ve reached out to zero x for some guidance multiple times and no response to date and in the absence of online resources, it is really frustrating that I can only fly my drone without gps.
