However, it does not take full advantage of the light’s capabilities. The special effects (FX), such as Lightning, Police Car, Fire, and other built-in effects available on the M60 Ultra, do not appear in the app and cannot be controlled remotely. This forces users to adjust these settings directly on the device, limiting the usefulness of the app as a remote control solution. I hope Zhiyun continues improving ZY Vega and adds full support for FX control in future updates, allowing users to fully utilize the capabilities of the M60 Ultra. ### 3/5 — Works as a basic app, needs more functionality *2026-02-01* Subsequent updates have made the app more reliable, but why can’t I pick RGB and bi-color effects from the app? One has the latest firmware and the other is on an older version. The G60 which has the latest firmware connects to the app but you can’t control the light (brightness or colour). The light doesn’t change. Whereas the G60 on the older firmware version works fine. Another issue which just makes life harder especially when you’ve spent £1000+ with the company and their items. This isn’t what you want to have when working with clients. ### 1/5 — Never works *2024-11-20, version 1.0.13* All lights are updated. Once you connect and RGB light you lose control of all the other lights unless you add it to a separate group. This problem has been there for ages and no fix comes anytime soon. Also, the communication is not bidirectional which means you cannot see what brightness or temperature a light has- you cannot only set it in the app. But any changes done on the light itself are not reflected. Everything is working at the moment. **Developer response:** Sorry for the inconvenience caused,We will fix it in the next version ### 4/5 — Ну почти хорошо *2024-02-22* Все хорошо, но есть несколько пунктов которые прям бесят: 1) постоянный вылет из приложения когда ты с телефоном уходишь за радиус связи с источниками и пытаешься переконектиться к свету 2) НЕТ ИНДИКАТОРА ЗАРЯДА АКУМУЛЯТОРА (Molus x100)! Это очень важный элемент, так как когда грипуешь самый маленький, мощный источник на рынке в 100 ват куда нибудь над головой, то чтобы увидеть сколько осталось заряда приходится либо залезать к нему, либо прыгать и пытаться разглядеть индикацию на самой батарее, либо отгриповывать (что совсем не удобно) если на то пошло и программно это никак не решается, то почему не перенести индикаторы на ЛИЦЕВУЮ сторону источника для удобства в будущий ревизиях аккумуляторов?) **Developer response:** Hi, please contact us at dev@zhiyun-tech.com with full operation video about APP crash issue. ### 4/5 — Bluetooth connects when you update firmware via Computer *2024-01-23* My light appears on the app for the first attempt at connecting via bluetooth, fails, then disappears. Update: Looks like if you cannot connect to the app via bluetooth, you need to update the firmware of the light via computer. Go to their website to find the firmware and the update software tools. Use a compatible usb-c cable to connect your light to the computer. Navigate to the firmware update file and hit upgrade.
