The bike is a sturdy steel frame with solid tires. Meant only for moderate cruising, the bike served the purpose well. The brakes were smooth and strong. The only issue encountered was the internal hub ‘slipping’ in two of the three gears. My bike got stolen right outside of a coffee shop and the company is now making me pay $800 for a stolen bike. I had to file a police report and go though a lot of back and forth emails with them. Firstly the bike was in terrible condition. But that would have been fine until I realized I was charged $30/hr. There were not enough return stalls when we got back to the rental causing my spouse to have to ride a half mile away and walk back to my location. I’ve rented bikes in cities all over the US and Europe and this is by far the worst rental I’ve ever experienced. I’ll be sure to avoid any Zybra brand rentals from now on. ### 1/5 — Avoid!!! *2022-12-19, version 22.12* After finding a functional bike and taking only one ride, I decided to remove my payment information and delete the account . Guess what - the app wont let you do either. Now I am stuck with useless emails from support such as "check your spam folder" and unable to deactivate my account. ### 1/5 — No privacy policy *2022-11-08, version 22.8* This app has no privacy policy. the link in the App Store is a 404 page.
