L’application indique clairement que le paiement se fait via le portefeuille Zygo, qu’il faut recharger à l’avance. C’est ce que j’ai fait. Pourtant, au moment du paiement, la course a été prélevée directement sur ma carte bancaire, et l’argent du portefeuille est resté bloqué, impossible à récupérer. Résultat : j’ai payé la course deux fois. J’ai contacté le service client à 4 reprises, sans aucune réponse. Aucun remboursement, aucun suivi, rien. C’est tout simplement une arnaque : un système de paiement trompeur et un service client inexistant.
