Received message that claim processed and amount credited on 01 august. No amount credited yet when i reached to support they said it will take 15 working days later said 30 working days. But why then communicate that it is credited. So kind of making process an excuse to delay things. Now please don’t reply with please share details as it is already there with your team. ### 1/5 — Call miss issue *2026-07-24* I got a call from Zyla consultant and somehow my number was busy but within a second I switched to call waiting but call was disconnected and there’s no way to talk to the consultant or u wait for another week u til u get appointment ### 1/5 — Worst Customer Support & Delayed Service *2026-05-14* Worst app for corporate employees. I booked a gym membership a week ago and still haven’t received any proper update. The customer support is extremely poor, and the Zyla chat support is even worse. I requested a callback multiple times but never received any response. Very disappointing experience overall. It feels like the team doesn’t understand that they operate in the healthcare domain, where time is critical for patients. Even small requests take 1–2 weeks to process, which is completely unacceptable. The platform feels outdated and poorly managed. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing a subscription. I have also used MediBuddy, and the difference in service quality is significant. Zyla needs serious improvement.
