Zylinc One brings colleague presence, contact center services and communication tools together in one mobile app.
Zylinc One is the mobile application for organizations using the Zylinc Cloud communication platform - the app gives employees, agents and assistance users access to essential information and services wherever they work.

Key Features
• Access contact center services and queue information 
• View colleague presence and availability in real time
• Search colleagues and access contact information
• Manage your availability and agent status
• Receive notifications and important updates
• Configure call forwarding and Do Not Disturb settings
• Access assistance functionality based on your role and permissions


Available functionality is based on your organization's Zylinc Cloud setup and assigned user licenses.

This app will replace old Novous and Navigator.
