The scooter got unlocked showing 60 percent battery but it does not get started. I tried my level best to start the same with all the Knowlege I have and finally I decided to end my ride. But it was not allowing me to end my ride saying I am leaving the scooter on non parking zone but I have found this scooter at the same place only and it doesn’t move even an inch. I have then contacted the customer care. The lady other end was very soft spoken but she could not help me the asked me to pause the ride from app and she will end the ride from her side. Finally my ride got end and deducted money from my wallet where I have not used the scooter for even one min. This is very pathetic and annoying experience. They don’t care about the customer experience.
