Been down for about a week ### 3/5 — Spinning cursor and nothing more *2025-04-25, version 6.20.0* I have an iPhone 15 Pro with iOS 18.4.1. All I get is the spinning cursor that doesn’t stop. I have 53 gigs of free space on my phone. I’ve been getting this “ Systems down The app is experiencing connection issues and is unavailable at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to fix the issue. Please try again later.”, for weeks now. Initially, all appears in working order, yet when I enter symptoms on all 3 pages & submit.. I get the same msg & what appears to be no logged data & certain not, no indication of changed allergy forecasting on the logged info. The app had been a great resource for prepping for the day or understanding why current symptoms are being experienced. It’s great to see updates available, but QA needs to actually confirm functionality of the app via the end users POV as well. iPhone user. WiFi. Full battery. Latest iOS as of today. Please address this issue so I may adjust my rating. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ when working as intended. I received a pollen alert from two of the weather apps I use - Weather Channel and Weather Bug showed high pollen levels of 10.3 out of 12 (severe). When I went to the Zyrtec app to log my symptoms, it shows pollen levels as 4.3 (mild). I confirmed the app is using my current location. I’ve used the Zyrtec app for years off and on, but I’ll be deleting it today. It doesn’t appear the app is being kept up to date. ### 1/5 — Just keeps clocking *2024-03-21, version 6.14.0* Could be decent but it takes forever to load and then to move around. Then 2 years ago it started crashing every time I tried to open it. It was updated and the new issue had became logging me out and forgetting my password each time. Then updated again and now it just spins and says “calculating” but never loads. This has remained over the last 2 updates. I wish this worked like it use to. The app was created to collect or steal and then sell the user data to others. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2025-05-14, version 6.21.0* I liked this app when I first downloaded it but it has since stopped working, perhaps after the latest update. The app works beautifully when you login for the first time, but any time you open the app after that initial login it just shows “Calculating”. I’ve rebooted my phone and uninstalled/reinstalled the app but the problem persists. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t Work *2025-05-06, version 6.21.0* I downloaded the Zyrtec app yesterday (May 5, 2025) because I suffer from severe allergies and needed a reliable way to monitor pollen levels. Initially, the app performed excellently, providing quick and accurate information. However, this afternoon, my wife and I went for a walk, so we drove to the park and I opened the app, but it failed to function! I tried restarting my phone and the app multiple times, but it was still unresponsive, showing a message that it was calculating. Despite my efforts, it continued to display “calculating” without any results. After our walk, I kept the app open to see if it would eventually provide an update. After 56 minutes, it was still stuck on calculating. I’m very disappointed that I couldn’t depend on the app for information before my walk. As a result, I’ve decided to delete the app. If I can’t trust it to work properly the first time I really need it, I doubt its reliability in the future. It raises concerns about the accuracy of the information it provides, especially if it can’t even deliver basic updates or notify users of system issues. For me, this is an easy decision, and I will delete it after posting this review. So, proceed with caution if you choose to use it. It may or may not function as intended. I have been using this app for the last year, and every time my allergy symptoms flare up, this app is always wrong, and different from local weather reports on tv ### 1/5 — Poor logic of the app design *2025-04-01, version 6.20.0* The app “measures” the pollen severeness by asking people how they feel about the allergens. If you have two accounts one answered their questions and the other did not, you will get two very different allergy measurements. The one you did not answer will tell you there is little allergen in the air. I’ve logged my symptoms and when I look at trends I have no symptoms logged in. The app alerts me that my symptoms the next day will be severe. I’ve been using this app for years. It helped me wrangle my allergies when I lived in Florida, I now live in Washington, totally different allergies and the app takes forever to load and I often get system down check back later. I have severe, year round allergies. It’s a help to me to know the pollen levels to plan when to stay in. When I’m having severe symptoms I check to see which pollen is the culprit. This helps me to ID how each one affects me. As a side note, I’m a long time user of Zyrtec.
