I have a fully functional Zyxel Router. Everything about it works fine. It works with all my devices brilliantly. This app just refuses to connect with its own technology. The wizard can’t connect to the router and even if you go to the extreme of scanning the network to identify open ports to connect to it refuses to connect even on manual configuration. It’s broken. End of. No support. Such a shame. Works well. You have to know the IP address of the router, and you have to be on the same wifi network. And that is all. No issues whatsoever. Please fix. ### 4/5 — Nebula will change the password *2024-05-13, version 1.2.2* The key to using this app is that if you register the device on Zyxel’s Nebula system (and you really should), the default password is replaced by one generated and stored by Nebula. You can find it on the Nebula config pages. Once you sort this out, the app works well, as does Nebula. The Zyxel Air app should tell you this on the login page but it doesn’t - losing a star in the process. The Zyxel ecosystem, which includes this app, is rich and complex but functions extremely well. ### 4/5 — FUNZIONA!
