## What is zzz?

zzz turns your goals into a game you actually want to play.

Pick quests across the parts of life that matter to you — health, career, relationships, finance, mindfulness, hobbies, and more. Check them off daily or weekly, build streaks, and earn points toward rewards you chose for yourself, from a boba run to a dream trip.

HOW IT WORKS
• Set quests in any life category — work out, call a friend, save money, read more, whatever moves you
• Check in daily or weekly and watch your streak grow
• Earn points automatically and spend them on rewards you set up in advance
• Write a short daily gratitude note to reflect on your day
• Add a buddy and take on shared quests together, side by side

BUILT FOR CONSISTENCY, NOT PERFECTION
zzz is designed around small, repeatable wins — the kind that actually build habits, instead of an overwhelming to-do list.

Your data stays yours: you can delete your account and all your data at any time from Settings.
