# Splash House vs GETIN

Splash House and GETIN both sit at 4.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Splash House's written reviews are positive against 7% of GETIN's. Splash House also leads on ratings volume (592 vs 3) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). GETIN's advantage is update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Splash House against 5.0 for GETIN. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Splash House has 592 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Splash House's written reviews are positive against 7% of GETIN's.

Splash House ships an update every 3 months, GETIN every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
