# Tap Stacks vs Minecore

Tap Stacks and Minecore both sit at 4.6 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of Tap Stacks's written reviews are positive against 40% of Minecore's. Minecore's advantage is update cadence (every 6 weeks vs every 3 months) and ratings volume (55 vs 11). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tap Stacks sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Minecore sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Tap Stacks against 4.5 for Minecore. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Minecore has 55 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of Tap Stacks's written reviews are positive against 40% of Minecore's.

Tap Stacks ships an update every 3 months, Minecore every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
