The clearest difference is price: رمضان كريم 2016 at Free against Funcom's $59.99. رمضان كريم 2016 also leads on rating (4.0 vs 2.9) and in-app purchases (none vs 12). Funcom's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (244 vs 2). On review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

رمضان كريم 2016 holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Funcom has 244 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of رمضان كريم 2016's written reviews are positive against 27% of Funcom's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
