# Moovn vs Sounds True

The clearest difference is rating: Sounds True at 4.6 against Moovn's 3.8. Sounds True also leads on ratings volume (1.2K vs 30). Moovn's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 4) and review sentiment (60% vs 26%). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sounds True sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Moovn asks for nothing beyond the download.

Sounds True holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sounds True has 1.2K ratings behind it against 30, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 60% of Moovn's written reviews are positive against 26% of Sounds True's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Moovn ships an update every 3 weeks, Sounds True every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
