# TweEQ vs Ediag

The clearest difference is rating: Ediag at 4.3 against TweEQ's 3.6. Ediag also leads on ratings volume (1.6K vs 8) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 4 months). TweEQ's advantage is review sentiment (67% vs 30%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Ediag holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Ediag has 1.6K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 67% of TweEQ's written reviews are positive against 30% of Ediag's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

TweEQ ships an update every 4 months, Ediag every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
