# CarbonTV vs PPO TV

The clearest difference is rating: PPO TV at 5.0 against CarbonTV's 4.1. PPO TV also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). CarbonTV's advantage is ratings volume (67 vs 2). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PPO TV holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: CarbonTV has 67 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.
