# WorkTime vs Work Log

The clearest difference is rating: Work Log at 4.8 against WorkTime's 4.4. WorkTime's advantage is ratings volume (4.7K vs 5) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WorkTime sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Work Log sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Work Log holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WorkTime has 4.7K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
