Earphone Alarm also leads on ratings volume (287 vs 74) and iOS requirement (13.2 vs 16.0). Alarm Clock Xtreme & Timer's advantage is rating (3.5 vs 3.3) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Alarm Clock Xtreme & Timer holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 287 and 74 respectively.
