# Trux Drive vs Fleet Chaser

The clearest difference is monetization model: Fleet Chaser at free against Trux Drive's free with in-app purchases. Trux Drive's advantage is ratings volume (2.8K vs 4). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Trux Drive against 4.8 for Fleet Chaser. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Trux Drive has 2.8K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
