# Virgin Active UK vs YuLife

The clearest difference is review sentiment: YuLife at 72% against Virgin Active UK's 44%. YuLife also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Virgin Active UK's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (683 vs 29). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Virgin Active UK holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Virgin Active UK has 683 ratings behind it against 29, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 44% of Virgin Active UK's written reviews are positive against 72% of YuLife's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Virgin Active UK ships an update monthly, YuLife weekly. Both last shipped on November 6, 2026.
