# iDiskk Pro vs Mcdodo

The clearest difference is rating: Mcdodo at 3.1 against iDiskk Pro's 2.5. iDiskk Pro's advantage is ratings volume (318 vs 8) and review sentiment (14% vs 0%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Mcdodo holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: iDiskk Pro has 318 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 14% of iDiskk Pro's written reviews are positive against 0% of Mcdodo's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

iDiskk Pro ships an update every 2 months, Mcdodo every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
