# Confluence Cloud vs Alfresco Mobile Workspace

The clearest difference is update cadence: Confluence Cloud at every 8 days against Alfresco Mobile Workspace's every 4 months. Confluence Cloud also leads on ratings volume (3.7K vs 1) and review sentiment (21% vs 0%). Alfresco Mobile Workspace's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (free vs freemium). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Alfresco Mobile Workspace holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Confluence Cloud has 3.7K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 21% of Confluence Cloud's written reviews are positive against 0% of Alfresco Mobile Workspace's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Confluence Cloud ships an update every 8 days, Alfresco Mobile Workspace every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
