# Magic Earth Navigation & Maps vs GPS Navigation & Path Finder

The clearest difference is rating: GPS Navigation & Path Finder at 4.6 against Magic Earth Navigation & Maps's 3.9. GPS Navigation & Path Finder also leads on ratings volume (3.8K vs 569) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). Magic Earth Navigation & Maps's advantage is review sentiment (51% vs 13%) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Magic Earth Navigation & Maps sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $19.99 per year and GPS Navigation & Path Finder sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

GPS Navigation & Path Finder holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: GPS Navigation & Path Finder has 3.8K ratings behind it against 569, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 51% of Magic Earth Navigation & Maps's written reviews are positive against 13% of GPS Navigation & Path Finder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
