# NetHome Plus vs AC Remote・Air Conditioner

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: NetHome Plus at none against AC Remote・Air Conditioner's 17. NetHome Plus also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (14K vs 398). AC Remote・Air Conditioner's advantage is review sentiment (60% vs 30%). On price, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. AC Remote・Air Conditioner sells 14 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. NetHome Plus asks for nothing beyond the download.

NetHome Plus holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: NetHome Plus has 14K ratings behind it against 398, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of NetHome Plus's written reviews are positive against 60% of AC Remote・Air Conditioner's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

NetHome Plus ships an update every 3 weeks, AC Remote・Air Conditioner every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 20, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
