# Hushmail vs Global Connectors

The clearest difference is rating: Global Connectors at 5.0 against Hushmail's 1.9. Hushmail's advantage is ratings volume (111 vs 2) and update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Global Connectors holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Hushmail has 111 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Hushmail ships an update every 4 weeks, Global Connectors every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
