# Private Browser Deluxe vs Proxy Browser

Private Browser Deluxe and Proxy Browser both sit at 4.5 stars, but that hides the real split: 81% of Private Browser Deluxe's written reviews are positive against 0% of Proxy Browser's. Private Browser Deluxe also leads on ratings volume (14K vs 321). Proxy Browser's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 2 months). That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Private Browser Deluxe has 14K ratings behind it against 321, so its average is the more settled of the two.
