# Masters Pro vs Sammy

The clearest difference is rating: Masters Pro at 4.9 against Sammy's 4.5. Masters Pro also leads on ratings volume (842 vs 25) and review sentiment (92% vs 80%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Masters Pro sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $23.99 per month and Sammy sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Masters Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Masters Pro has 842 ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 92% of Masters Pro's written reviews are positive against 80% of Sammy's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
