# Masters Pro vs Nail Master

The clearest difference is ads: Masters Pro at none against Nail Master's shown. Masters Pro also leads on ratings volume (787 vs 2) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Masters Pro sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $23.99 per month and Nail Master sells 6 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Masters Pro against 5.0 for Nail Master. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Masters Pro has 787 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 92% of Masters Pro's written reviews are positive against 100% of Nail Master's.

Masters Pro ships an update fortnightly, Nail Master monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 16, 2026 respectively.
