# Space Pods vs Shark Evolution

The clearest difference is update cadence: Shark Evolution at every 6 weeks against Space Pods's every 30 months. Space Pods's advantage is iOS requirement (11.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Space Pods sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Shark Evolution sells 11 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Space Pods ships an update every 30 months, Shark Evolution every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 18, 2026 respectively.
