# t2. Новый уровень vs Altel.kz

The clearest difference is ratings volume: t2. Новый уровень at 12K against Altel.kz's 355. Altel.kz's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
