# t2. Новый уровень vs Телеком

The clearest difference is rating: t2. Новый уровень at 4.5 against Телеком's 2.0. t2. Новый уровень also leads on ratings volume (12K vs 4) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). Телеком's advantage is monetization model (free vs ad-supported). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

t2. Новый уровень holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 2.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: t2. Новый уровень has 12K ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 13% of t2. Новый уровень's written reviews are positive against 20% of Телеком's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

t2. Новый уровень ships an update fortnightly, Телеком every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
