# Recents vs Only QR Code

The clearest difference is update cadence: Only QR Code at every 6 weeks against Recents's every 33 months. Recents's advantage is device support and iOS requirement (9.0 vs 14.0). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Recents costs $0.99 and Only QR Code $0.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Recents ships an update every 33 months, Only QR Code every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and September 7, 2026 respectively.
