# Time Manage vs Flip Timer & stopwatch

The clearest difference is update cadence: Time Manage at every 4 days against Flip Timer & stopwatch's every 3 months. Time Manage also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.6) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). Flip Timer & stopwatch's advantage is ratings volume (7.6K vs 2) and review sentiment (69% vs 56%). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Time Manage sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and Flip Timer & stopwatch sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Time Manage holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Flip Timer & stopwatch has 7.6K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 56% of Time Manage's written reviews are positive against 69% of Flip Timer & stopwatch's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Time Manage ships an update every 4 days, Flip Timer & stopwatch every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
