# RaceTrac vs Cafe Wing Max

The clearest difference is monetization model: Cafe Wing Max at free against RaceTrac's free with in-app purchases. Cafe Wing Max also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 17.0). RaceTrac's advantage is ratings volume (86K vs 8) and chart position (#132 vs unranked). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cafe Wing Max holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: RaceTrac has 86K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.

RaceTrac ships an update every 3 weeks, Cafe Wing Max monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 4, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
