# Memoman vs Tooday

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Tooday at 100% against Memoman's 50%. Tooday also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). Memoman's advantage is rating (4.4 vs 4.0) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price and update cadence there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Memoman sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Tooday asks for nothing beyond the download.

Memoman holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Memoman has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Memoman's written reviews are positive against 100% of Tooday's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Memoman ships an update every 2 months, Tooday every 3 months. Both last shipped on October 29, 2026.
