# Par 72 Golf IV vs Golf Simulator 2017

The clearest difference is rating: Par 72 Golf IV at 3.5 against Golf Simulator 2017's 2.5. Par 72 Golf IV also leads on ratings volume (22 vs 2). Golf Simulator 2017's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (7.0 vs 12.0). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Par 72 Golf IV sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Golf Simulator 2017 asks for nothing beyond the download.

Par 72 Golf IV holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 2.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Par 72 Golf IV has 22 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 30% of Par 72 Golf IV's written reviews are positive against 33% of Golf Simulator 2017's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
