# SeTracker vs KidsGuard Pro

The clearest difference is rating: KidsGuard Pro at 3.8 against SeTracker's 3.4. SeTracker's advantage is review sentiment (26% vs 4%) and ratings volume (1.2K vs 198). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. SeTracker sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per month and KidsGuard Pro sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

KidsGuard Pro holds the better App Store score, 3.8 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: SeTracker has 1.2K ratings behind it against 198, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 26% of SeTracker's written reviews are positive against 4% of KidsGuard Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

SeTracker ships an update every 3 weeks, KidsGuard Pro monthly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
