# QR Pro vs QR Finder

The clearest difference is rating: QR Pro at 4.5 against QR Finder's 3.2. QR Pro also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 4) and ads (none vs shown). QR Finder's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 73%). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. QR Finder sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. QR Pro asks for nothing beyond the download.

QR Pro holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: QR Pro has 29K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of QR Pro's written reviews are positive against 100% of QR Finder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

QR Pro ships an update weekly, QR Finder every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 5, 2026 respectively.
