# QR Pro vs FreeScan

The clearest difference is rating: FreeScan at 5.0 against QR Pro's 4.5. FreeScan also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 73%). QR Pro's advantage is ratings volume (29K vs 2) and device support (7 vs 2). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

FreeScan holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5.
