# Planes Control! vs Nuddle

Planes Control! and Nuddle both sit at 4.7 stars, but that hides the real split: 79% of Planes Control!'s written reviews are positive against 43% of Nuddle's. Planes Control! also leads on ratings volume (7K vs 8). Nuddle's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs monthly). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Planes Control! sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Nuddle sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Nuddle holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Planes Control! has 7K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 79% of Planes Control!'s written reviews are positive against 43% of Nuddle's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Planes Control! ships an update monthly, Nuddle weekly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 25, 2026 respectively.
