# JWed vs MatureDC

The clearest difference is review sentiment: MatureDC at 75% against JWed's 13%. MatureDC also leads on rating (4.0 vs 2.1) and monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription). JWed's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. JWed sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and MatureDC sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

MatureDC holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: JWed has 55 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 13% of JWed's written reviews are positive against 75% of MatureDC's.

JWed ships an update every 2 weeks, MatureDC every 4 months. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
