- La conectividad es pésima y demora en ser atendido por llamada. Igual cuando se llama desde un teléfono, nunca contestan. Indican en momento le atenderemos. Ayer esperé casi dos horas en dos llamadas y no fui atendido.
- Lograr ver el saldo de fondos es un milagro
- La videollamada no funciona, y por cada intento hay que volver a llenar un formulario de datos. Algunos iconos no funcionan. Navegacion en circulos. E informacion desactualizada.
- He hecho un restablecimiento de clave, por ahí 100 veces y nuncaaaaaaaa me deja entrar! Muy mal!!
