# Shift Day Work Calendar vs School DelayZz

The clearest difference is ads: School DelayZz at none against Shift Day Work Calendar's shown. School DelayZz also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.7) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 17.3). Shift Day Work Calendar's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (14K vs 14). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Shift Day Work Calendar sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and School DelayZz sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $1.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

School DelayZz holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Shift Day Work Calendar has 14K ratings behind it against 14, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 86% of Shift Day Work Calendar's written reviews are positive against 83% of School DelayZz's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Shift Day Work Calendar ships an update every 4 days, School DelayZz every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
