# Continuo vs Habit Tracker

The clearest difference is ads: Continuo at none against Habit Tracker's shown. Continuo also leads on rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 weeks). Habit Tracker's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.0). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Continuo sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and Habit Tracker sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Continuo holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 280 and 116 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Continuo's written reviews are positive against 84% of Habit Tracker's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Continuo ships an update every 9 days, Habit Tracker every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
