# VRIC vs Quranicly

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: VRIC at none against Quranicly's 1. VRIC also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (1.3K vs 35). Quranicly's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, rating, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Quranicly sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $6.99 per month. VRIC asks for nothing beyond the download.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for VRIC against 4.9 for Quranicly. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: VRIC has 1.3K ratings behind it against 35, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 100% of VRIC's written reviews are positive against 94% of Quranicly's.

VRIC ships an update every 3 weeks, Quranicly every 4 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
